Please note that the training only last 20 minutes plus an optional 5 minutes of endurance warm up but prepare for 10-15 minutes of set up time before each session.
(45 mins in total).
 
*Make sure you drink a lot of water before and after your session.
 
*We will provide your training attire. Just bring athletic shoes, a towel and   water.

The Functional Training Attire are made with optimal, natural cellulose fibers that guarantee comfort, functionality, breathability and protect the skin from contact with the electrodes. Although the training undergarments are professionally laundered after each wear, it is advisable to purchase your own training undergarments.
