The stars who train with miha bodytec

“miha bodytec is a game-changer”

Confessions of a Hollywood stuntman

Bobby Holland Hanton has been the stunt double for James Bond, Batman, Captain America and Thor. Film work means being in peak shape all year round, but filming and constant travel left him very little time for the gym.

Friends introduced him to EMS training in a miha bodytec suit. He was hooked:

“Twenty minutes in the suit is the equivalent of a good three or four full sessions in the gym.”Bobby Holland Hanton, Hollywood stuntman

Bobby knows about injury. A serious back injury on the set of Green Lantern took him more than a year to recover from. With no heavy weights to lift, EMS training takes the load off your joints and tendons, which is why the article points to it for people coming back from injury.

He believed in it so much that he went on to open his own EMS-only studio in Surbiton, England.
