Who we are
Total Body TEC is a one-to-one EMS training studio in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, run by Gerard Brennan. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can reach us on 086 810 6213 by phone or WhatsApp.
What we collect and why
- When you book a session: your name, phone number and email, and the time you choose. Online bookings are handled by Calendly, which stores your details on our behalf.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or call: your name, number and what you tell us, so we can answer you and arrange your session.
- Before you train: a short health questionnaire, so we can check EMS is safe for you. Because this is health information, we only collect it with your consent and only use it to keep your training safe.
- Your InBody scans: your body composition results, so you and your trainer can track your progress.
- Our newsletter: your first name and email address, only if you tick the box to say yes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your client records while you train with us and for a reasonable time afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you click through to Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps or a news article, those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just call or WhatsApp us on 086 810 6213. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
